Support Services For Young People

Talk to your parent or carer

Everyone needs help at different times. Ask them when a good time to chat would be. Be honest. Listen to them, but always know that you should understand and feel good about the action you take.

At school, talk to a trusted teacher, your wellbeing coordinator, or your deputy principal or principal.

Find a quiet time and ask if you can chat. Be honest and tell them what you want them to know. If they need to, they may want to talk with your parent or carer. It’s good to have people looking out for you.
