Help Children Bring Social and Emotional Learning Home By Sharing the Resilient Families Program

The Smiling Mind Resilient Families Program is a practical, evidence-informed program designed to help children develop and practise the key social and emotional skills that form the foundation of resilience and positive mental wellbeing.

Developed by psychologists, the program also empowers parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills to support children as they learn. The bite-sized activities are created to fit easily into everyday family life, and can help children and parents develop a common language at home.
