The Smiling Mind Resilient Families Program was developed by psychologists to help families learn foundational mental fitness skills - including how to develop healthy friendships, emotional regulation and coping strategies for challenging situations.
Featuring a variety of modules—each packed with bite-sized activities—the Resilient Families Program is designed to bring families together through the development of a common language. Designed to help kids develop key social and emotional skills and equip parents and carers with the tools to support their children to build mental fitness skills.
