Switching out of a work headspace at the end of a busy or stressful day can be incredibly difficult. We often find ourselves replaying the day in our mind, or thinking about all the work still to come.
While this is totally normal, it's not the best headspace to be in, as it stunts our ability to effectively recover from work and reach a state of calm.
