Ep. 1 Bee Breathing

When Tam wakes up in a grumpy mood, Maali and Wes try their best to cheer up their friend, but nothing seems to work. Learning ‘bee breathing’ helps these friends discover it’s ok to be sad sometimes.

Ep. 2 Listening to Colours

Wes discovers mindful listening, and says it turns sounds into colours. Maali and Tam are intrigued. Learning to sit quietly and listen helps them hear the colours of the creek too.

Ep. 3 Tree Stretching

Tam is feeling stiff and sore after being scrunched up watching a trail of ants. Doing some ‘tree stretching’ helps their bodies and minds feel happier.

 

Ep. 4 Be Kind To You

Wes feels terrible and angry because they thinks they ruined the soccer game. Learning that compassion for yourself is just as important as your compassion for others brings their joy back.

Ep. 5 Thought Butterflies

When Wes has some worries before bedtime that show up as 'thought butterflies', Maali and Tam want to help. They learn that there is something you can do to get the worries out of your head.

Ep. 6 Can't Sleep

It’s night-time in the creek but Maali can’t sleep because of thoughts going round and round. Our friends learn that when they are worried and they can't sleep, talking to someone can really help.

 

Ep. 7 Yet

Maali is a little sad about not being able to fly properly. Tam and Wes share with Maali things they are also still learning to do, and they all learn the power of ‘yet’.

Ep. 8 Clean Up The Creek

A wind has blown a big mess into the creek and Maali, Wes and Tam can’t play until it is all cleaned up. But, where to start? By learning how to work together, they have a clean creek to play in again.

Ep. 9 Savouring the Strawberry

Ready to get stuck into a big pile of strawberries, Maali, Tam and Wes learn how to savour the moment with mindful attention. They realise that doing this makes things feel extra special.

 

Ep. 10 Under The Weather 

Our three friends realise that our emotions can change from day to day. They learn that being kind to others and trying to understand how they feel is an important part of friendships.

Ep. 11 Flower Crowns 

Tam, Maali and Wes learn that our strengths aren’t always things we can see with our eyes. They help each other realise they each have many strengths.

Ep. 12 Gratitude 

Maali decides to show the others some gratitude, but Tam and Wes are confused—what is gratitude? They learn how to find things they’re also grateful for… and there are lots!

 

Ep. 13 Mud Koalas 

Wes and Maali build a mud koala without Tam, which makes Tam really upset. Our friends discover how to take a moment when they’re upset and choose how to respond, which helps everyone feel good.

Ep. 14 You Can't Play 

A game of tag becomes difficult when Wes’ spikey echidna quills hurt Tam and Maali’s hands. Our friends discover how to develop empathy with each other, which helps them all have fun.

Ep. 15 Wattle Seeds

Wes decides to help the Smiling Mind Creek environment by planting some wattle seeds. Tam and Maali realise that acts of kindness and helping others feels good.

 

Ep. 16 The Hopscotch Pebble 

Trying to solve an argument between Wes and Maali, Tam gets upset when no one listens. After learning to listen, work together, and use some positive communication, the fun can begin.

Ep. 17 Curious Clues 

Maali discovers some mysterious tracks in Smiling Mind Creek. Through mindful awareness and curiosity the three friends learn the power of asking questions

Ep. 18 Let's Dance 

Learning a new dance routine proves tricky. Soon the three friends learn that mistakes are a part of life, and resilience is when you learn from your mistakes, get up and have another go.
