Mental health is everyone’s business…

Smiling Mind’s Official Small Business Partner MYOB’s latest SME Mental Health Report, revealed a third (31%) of small and medium sized enterprise (SME) owners and operators consider mental health to be an immediate concern, but almost one in three (30%) find it difficult to talk about. 

 The survey of 1,000 SME owners and operators across the country found:

of SME owners said running their business over the last 12 months has caused them stress*

cited personal feelings of anxiety and 1 in 5 said they have experienced depression over the past year*

of SME owners feel responsible for the mental health and wellbeing of their staff*

Our Small Business Program can help­­.

The program supports small business owners and their teams to build their mental fitness, using practical mental wellbeing strategies—including meditations, exercises, and discovery activities.
