James Donald Facilitator
James is an experienced coach and facilitator of mindfulness-based resilience programs. Since 2007, he has delivered over 300 mindfulness and well-being workshops in private, public and community organisations. James has worked with a range of organisations delivering mindfulness-based well-being programs, including the World Bank, IBM, Qantas, the Commonwealth Treasury, and the ABC.
James has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour that explored the impact of mindfulness on resilience in high-stress settings. He works as a full-time Lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School, in the Discipline of Work and Organisation Studies, where he teaches management and leadership. He has an active research program that explores the impacts of mindfulness on employee engagement, commitment and leadership behaviours. James' research has been published in top international psychology and business journals.
James is passionate about the potential of mindfulness skills to make a lasting and transformational impact on the lives of people across our society. He has his own mediation practice and finds meditation immensely beneficial, not only in managing stress, but in helping to live an authentic and inner-directed life.
