Adrian’s passion is science-based techniques that promote improvements in performance and wellbeing simultaneously. He helps people and organisations apply this science to challenges and aspirations in areas including innovation, productivity, engagement, and wellbeing.
An ex 400 metre hurdler for Australia, Adrian has experience and insights into the power of the mind in performance.
Adrian completed a Doctorate in Psychology with research that investigated how we can drive high performance states that promote both performance and wellbeing improvement at work. He lectures at Monash University in mindfulness, health and wellbeing, and personal and professional development.
Over the last 7-years, Adrian has delivered training programs, facilitated workshops, and keynote presentations right across Australia, Asia, Central and South America, the UK and New Zealand.
